Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During high-volume periods, holidays, or new collection drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or customs processing.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Rodriguez Ranch is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers,
  • weather conditions,
  • customs,
  • or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any:

  • customs fees,
  • import taxes,
  • duties,
  • or additional charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Stolen Packages

Rodriguez Ranch is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

Please ensure your shipping location is secure before placing an order.
