Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items with stains, odors, or signs of use

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer exchanges based on product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,
  • defective product,
  • or the wrong order,

please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the issue,
  • and a brief description.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, orders may already be processing or shipped.
